Zudem ist dieses Konzept für die extremen Bedingungen im Kühl- und Tiefkühlbereich entwickelt und bietet die volle Flexibilität für die im TK-Bereich gängigen Verpackungsgrößen und -gewichte. Durch den einfachen und modularen Aufbau des Systems können die einzelnen Komponenten nach Bedarf kombiniert werden. Der eingesetzte Materialmix ist kältebeständig, das Gleitprofil ist mit einer speziellen Gleitoberfläche ausgestattet und gewährleistet eine reibungslose Bewegung der Warenvorschübe auch bei Temperaturen unter 0°C. In addition, this concept is developed for the extreme conditions in the refrigerated and deep-freeze areas and offers full flexibility for the packaging sizes and weights common in the frozen food sector. Due to the simple and modular structure of the system, the individual components can be combined as required. The mix of materials used is cold-resistant, the sliding profile is equipped with a special sliding surface and ensures smooth movement of the goods even at temperatures below 0°C. The system is available in lengths of 350 mm, 450 mm and 550 mm and can be individually adapted to all products with a width of 80 mm or more. It is attached to a standard T-profile rail or optionally with an aluminum front rail and an acrylic front. Particularly suitable for products like E-liquids (cigarettes), nail polishes or scented oils. The Mini-Variotray consists of one component per facing and can therefore be assembled with one hand. It is stable and always stays in its place. It cannot be moved back and forth on the T-profile rail as easily as individual separators or pushers. The divider and the sliding rail together create one unit, which first of all have a positive effect on handling, second on stability and third on appearance. The shelf with the sliding plate can be used without a slope for many product categories. Little effort in shelf maintenance is needed and the goods are always at the front of the shelf. The product pusher is also available as a slow feed version which pushes the goods gently and elegantly to the front of the shelf. Easy to install which provides a clean shelf appearance afterwards. Dosen). Der integrierte und mit dem Warenvorschub fest verbundene Fachteiler verhindert ein seitliches Wegrutschen. Damit ist das Variotray die Lösung für kleinteilige, gleichartige Produkte wie z.B. Gewürze, Backzutaten oder auch den Drogeriebereich. Die Befestigung erfolgt vorne über T-Profilschienen, durch leichtes Anheben kann das Tray in die gewünschte Position gebracht und durch einfaches Absenken in der hinten im Regal befestigten Fixierleiste arretiert werden. So sind auch Änderungen im Regallayout schnell und problemlos zu handhaben. Eingesteckte Fronten oder eine durchgehende T-Profilschiene mit Aufkantung sorgen für den Warenanschlag nach vorne. Aufstecker für das Schiebergehäuse nehmen zusätzlich Produktlabels auf und dienen so der Stammplatzsicherung. The integrated shelf divider, which is firmly connected to the product pusher, prevents products from slipping sideways. This makes the Variotray the solution for small, similar products such as spices, baking ingredients or even the drugstore sector. The tray is attached at the front via T-profile rails. By lifting it slightly, the tray can be brought into the desired position and locked in place by simply lowering it into the fixing rail attached to the back of the shelf. This makes changes to the shelf layout quick and easy to handle. Plug-in fronts or a continuous T-profile rail with front stopper make the goods stop at the front. Slider housing clips additionally hold product labels which secure the master position of your customers products.
