On the one hand, the LED should illu- minate the uppermost area in its entire depth. On the other hand, the light should also reach the underlying floors and fronts of the shelves as well. It is important to distribute the light evenly throughout the entire shelf in order to stage your goods perfectly. LIGHT ON FRESH GOODS The correct color temperature must be selected for perfect lighting of fresh goods such as fruit, vegeta- bles and pastries. This emphasizes the freshness and quality of the food and creates an additional incen- tive to buy. THE RIGHT LIGHT FOR ALL FOODS The typical colors of the food are emphasized without covering or falsifying other areas of the color spectrum. In addition to the correct color temperature, the overall lighting concept must also be perfectly coordinated. With coordinated lighting of colors and brightness you can achieve an ideal illuminated and inviting display of your goods. White light Gaudy packaging and color- ful product labels are lit by a full-spectrum white light. So you immediately catch the eye of the customer. Fruit and vegetables The colors of fruit and vege- tables look particularly fresh under greenish light. Fish Seafood and fish look fresher under bluish lighting. The rule is: the whiter the fish, the colder the light. Pastries and cheese A highlighted yellow component in the light provides an incen- tive to buy pastries, bread and cheese. Cosmetics Cosmetics, clothing or jewelry present themselves luxuriously and of high quality in white light with particularly high color ren- dering. Meat A slightly reddish light enhances the natural red tones in the meat. This makes meat and sausage products look par- ticularly fresh.
