After the successful exhibition and the visit to the EuroShop trade fair last year, we won another customer which is supported by Oechsle Display Systeme GmbH with the high-quality Heavy Duty Tray (HDT) product.
In order to meet the demand for the perfect presentation of goods for large and compact products, but also to offer easy handling, the product innovation HDT from Oechsle is the right solution for different areas of use at the POS.
“A new system should always be given a chance in practical use if the first impression is appealing, as we all know, when actually trying something out you will discover its strengths and weaknesses!” Thorsten Rothenberger explains, Feneberg's store fitter and planner from Space and Category Management. The installation and use of the HDT in Feneberg's deep-freezer shelves was implemented as a project and ever since has offered a clear visible order and structure on the shelf. A close cooperation with Mr. Rothenberger contributed to the further developments of the product which resulted into a product ready for a series production. He reports on a nicer overall appearance and a simple system handling for the sales staff.
The modular structure of the Heavy Duty Tray enables different combinations and can be expanded as required. The individual compartment dividers and pushers can be placed and moved individually, thus generating product-specific width settings. Certain additional parts are not required and assembly is possible with the standard T-rail. A rear wall enlargement and a double rear wall enlargement have specially been developed for the feed of goods, which generate an even distribution of pressure and enable the product to be equipped easily, removed and moved. The entire system is optionally available with a slow feed or our gentle product feed, which allows the product to slide gently forward.
After the installation and the high customer satisfaction achieved in terms of appearance, service and product quality of the Heavy Duty Tray, further seven Feneberg stores were equipped with over 2,500 facings. The HDT also makes it easy to recognize sales and gives the impression of a full shelf.
