Development and engineering design by Oechsle – where ideas become reality

Would you like to optimize your product presentation, but you don’t know how? Or do you already have a specific idea of what you need? Then our developers and designers are the right contact for you.

A good product always starts with a good idea. But as good as an idea may be, it often fails when it comes to implementing it in reality. However, our highly qualified development team knows exactly where the problems lie when a concept is to become a series product.

From the very beginning, the idea is implemented in a 3D CAD model, which is then presented to the customer - sometimes also as a photorealistic representation or animation. In addition, we can print a prototype from the digital model literally overnight with our 3D printer. This allows a visual and haptic impression as well as a first functionality test. In most cases, a similar material can be used, which is later used for injection moulding.

The choice of the plastic material to be used later on depends strongly on the requirements of the finished injection moulded part and its areas of application. The number of different thermoplastics and elastomers for injection moulding is enormously high and now includes around 90,000 different types of plastics and plastic mixtures. Our experts therefore plan the material selection of the products thoroughly with regard to all technical requirements and specifications.

After consultation and close coordination with the client, our designers optimise and specify the desired article until it perfectly meets the requirements. The design of the optimum injection moulding tool is then carried out in close cooperation with our in-house toolmaking department before it is used in the injection moulding machines in our production hall.

As you can see, a few steps are necessary before the finished products come out of the machine. We accompany you from the very first second and deliver a perfect result at the end. So please feel free to challenge us!
