At EuroShop 2020, we presented our unique gliding plate to visitors as an innovative product novelty. In contrast to most gliding solutions on the market to date, our plate consists of only one piece of extruded plastic plate with a low-wear surface. As a result, it not only has excellent hygiene properties, but is also quick to install and easy to clean. In short, we and our visitors were enthusiastic about the product and therefore we decided to provide a visible proof of the product-specific quality of our gliding plate with a TÜV certification.
A product certificate from TÜV Rheinland will confirm that our product meets previously defined criteria. The basics according to which the examination was carried out are then mentioned in the certificate. In the case of our gliding plate, the maximum cycles with different goods with the intended shelf inclination are tested on a test device in the TÜV test laboratory. Before this test, the maximum cycles for various products such as glass bottles, beverage cans and thermoformed packaging for meat are determined in-house. In this way, we determine a guideline which should ultimately be certified. The test marks belonging to the certificate are a more visible proof for you as a customer that the quality has been checked by an independent third party.
You can see, we have a high level of trust in our products and therefore voluntarily commission a TÜV certification. You will soon find out whether our sliding plate will receive the certification and how many cycles it can handle.
