Sustainability offensive

One word is currently on everyone's lips, namely sustainability. There is therefore hardly any other area in which there is a greater gap between aspiration and reality than in the circular economy, especially in our industrial segment. Our aim was and is therefore to only actively approach the market when we can really offer something special and innovative, not least in order to absolutely avoid greenwashing effects in the interests of our customers.

After intensive preparation, Oechsle is now in a position to close the loop completely. We can offer the alternative use of recyclates without restriction for the new production of goods dividers and have a unique supply of raw materials in this area. We go one step further and close the cycle completely by taking back the used products and using them for new production. This also includes the selection and sorting of mixed recyclables. Of course, our services also include processing into a new granulate. In order to avoid tiresome waste tourism, we have concentrated all these services under one roof, namely centrally at our location in Leipheim.

However, there are situations in which plastic is generally unsuitable as a material, be it for reasons of sustainability or because of the look and tonality, especially since wood is an unbroken trend in shopfitting. So far there have been no alternatives on the market. We have created a solution for this application with the "Natural Dividers" product line. The dividers are made of wood or even more sustainable, cellulose-based materials and can even be printed and finished. It is also possible to adapt the color of the dividers to the basic shelving so that the shop image appears to be of one piece. In addition, Oechsle offers other very innovative solutions, e.g. a product for the reuse of shipping and transport packaging in the mail order and online trade sector.
