Product pusher for freezer shelves
Smooth product feed even at low temperatures
Oechsle’s product feed systems for frozen produce have been specially developed for the extreme conditions in this area and also offer full flexibility for the common pack sizes and weights used in the frozen food department. The sliding profiles used are coated to create a special sliding surface that ensures smooth movement of the product feeds even at temperatures below 0 °C. The plastic compound used for the associated bent components and shafts are resistant to the cold and thus ideally suited to use in below-zero conditions.
Heavy Duty Tray (HDT)
Oechsle has developed the Heavy Duty Tray (HDT) product pusher system in order to guarantee a flexible shelf layout even in the deep-freeze area. Products in bags, very heavy or large products from a width of 80 mm (e.g. Pizza boxes) can be pushed with it to the front of the shelf, even when temperatures are below zero. Thanks to the modular structure, the individual components can be combined as required.
L bent components and U trays
The L bent components made of a polystyrene mixture are fixed in the cabinet with a perfect fit using T profile rails. Thanks to the adjustable rear wall extension, ice cream in tubs, fruit and vegetables in boxes or products in bags always slide to the front of the shelf and into the customer’s field of view.
For smaller and more lightweight products, such as herbs, Oechsle offers special U trays made out of PET-G as a solution for frozen food. The modules can be combined with one other according to need and can be fitted in just a few simple steps.
Gliding plate
Our gliding plate made of a piece of extruded plastic is ideal for use in the refrigerator and freezer area. Frozen products and plastic packaging as well as all types of slidable packaging glide quietly to the front of the shelf even at below 0 ° C. Since the plate has no joints, it is easy to clean and has excellent hygiene properties. At the customer's request, the slide plate can be delivered ready for installation with the appropriate accessories from the Oechsle range.
